Refund and Return Policy
At Falconn, we strive to ensure your complete satisfaction with every purchase. However, we understand that sometimes you may need to return a product. That’s why we offer a flexible refund/return policy to make your shopping experience as seamless as possible.
1. Refunds:
- You may request a refund for eligible products within 7 days of the purchase date.
- To be eligible for a refund, the item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item and the status of your refund.
- If your return is approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a certain number of days, depending on your payment provider’s policies.
2. Returns:
- You may request to return an item for exchange or store credit within 3 days of receiving your order.
- To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team with your order details and the reason for return. We will provide you with instructions on how to proceed.
- Returned items must be unused and in the same condition as when you received them, with all tags attached and in their original packaging.
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, except in cases where the return is due to a defective or incorrect item sent by Falconn.
3. Exceptions:
- Certain products may not be eligible for return or refund due to hygiene reasons or other restrictions. Please check the product description or contact us for clarification before making a purchase.
- Customized or personalized items are also exempt from our refund/return policy unless they are defective or damaged upon arrival.
